With food supply chain interruptions that occurred during the coronavirus pandemic, more people look to access locally produced food, experts say. Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) Secretary Randy Romanski said he hears more people across the state who are interested in accessing locally or regionally produced food.
“More and more, people seem to want to know where their food comes from.”
